Pursuant to Italian law and by government decree issued with parliamentary delegation no. 21 of 02/21/2014, the customer has the right to return the products by submitting a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Once the request has been accepted, the Customer is responsible for sending the products to Lumen et Umbra within 14 days from the date of authorization of the return request.

Before proceeding with the return we ask you to read the following conditions and make sure you can respect them:

• The items must be returned in perfect condition, with labels, security seals intact, the original packaging (e.g. dust bag) and any other accessories received in the Order.

• Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

• The return can only be shipped from the country and address where the Order was delivered.

• In line with the art. 59 of the consumer code, goods made to measure or personalized at the customer's request cannot be returned.

To proceed with return please contact us at contact@lumenetumbra.it and provide the following information:

• Order date
• Your full name and address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Products: article and quantity 
• Date and order received address: when you received the order and where it was delivered

REFUND METHOD

Once we receive the return, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been respected. If the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will proceed with the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used during the purchase phase.

The refund will be issued with exclusive reference to the amount of the returned products.

The refund usually occurs after a few days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse: please pack them carefully to prevent damage during transport.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 

Return shipping is free for all orders from Italy. 

For all returns made for orders outside Italy, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with your own courier and contact us the tracking number. Or you can use our courier and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

In case the entire order is defective, we will pay the shipping costs.
